Mission Statement
The mission of Wellness and Power, LLC is to help you
live well and to perform at your peak
by teaching and applying nutritional, exercise and wellness techniques.
Wellness and Power, LLC teaches weight training using
the Power Program developed by the
Colgan
Institute and nutrition programs developed by
Cory Holly and Loren Cordain..
The Power Program is a weight training program designed for athletes who
are looking to improve their power output and performance in their
sport. It is very different from traditional weight training programs
that emphasize development of "mirror" muscles. The Colgan Institute

Power Program.
